hey i know george i am in his form (10G) at school we are mates he is not giving out his mobile or msn addie cos loads of ppl added him so he deleted it but he ses he still luvs u all. we sit next to each other at skooland yes girls he is single and he loves to dance so uch even when we go bowling he is dancing down the isle lol luv him though ma matey c u l8r xx
So, George is the come-back kid who won in the end because he never gave up trying. Good for him, I wish him all the good fortune he deserves. But I know of one other come-back kid on the show. She didn’t make it through the first auditions last year so she did not perform in front of Simon and the other judges. So she came back again this year to have another go. Her name is Faryl Smith. I thought it was worth mentioning this as some of you seem to think that hers has been an easy path. I saw that one person said that dancers have to train hard to “get good” whilst singers can just get up and start singing, Easy peasy. Not so. Faryl has spent five years having her voice professionally trained. It involves a lot of hard work. The extra tuition arranged by Simon involved teaching her how to protect her voice when singing. Bad technique can cause permanent harm. Neither George nor Faryl have had an easy journey to success. They both got there by hard work and determination. I think that both of them stand as fine role models for all youngsters
